Participating Neighborhoods
The following neighborhoods are participating in SLSA: Greenwood Point2007 Rep: Deborah Parsons, Greenwood Point Homeowner's Association Lake West2007 Rep: Eric Fleischman, Todd Rauch and Martin Page Lake West is a neighborhood of 42 homes between South Cove and 188th Ave. S.E. The group has been cooperating on the redevelopment of a pocket park known as Blackberry Park. Meadowbrook Point2007 Rep: Dan Albertson, 20 homes in a neighborhood enclosed by Greenwood Point Meerwood2007 Rep: Mary Victory, Meerwood Homeowner's Association The Meerwood Homeowner's Association represents 112 homes and was incorporated in 1985. Within the development is a 1.75 acre King County Park which contains a full sized asphalt tennis/sport court with basketball hoops at either end, a children's playground and open grass area. Freng S.E. 42nd Street runs along the shore of Lake Sammamish off the end of 188th Ave. S.E. The street has 47 homes which are cooperating on future plans for the improvement of their shared road. South Cove2008 Rep: Brian Goble, South Cove Homeowner's Association South Cove has 289 homes with access to a shared 3 acre park, beach, tennis courts and playgrounds. The association was incorporated in 1976.
