Participating Neighborhoods

We are a group of neighborhoods nestled together along the shores of Lake Sammamish and within Issaquah's "Greenwood Point Annexation Area."

Greenwood Point

Lake West

Lake West is a neighborhood of 42 homes between South Cove and 188th Ave. S.E.  The group has been cooperating on the redevelopment of a pocket park known as Blackberry Park.

Meadowbrook Point

Meerwood

Meerwood Homeowner's Association

The Meerwood Homeowner's Association represents 112 homes and was incorporated in 1985.  Within the development is a 1.75 acre King County Park which contains a full sized asphalt tennis/sport court with basketball hoops at either end, a children's playground and open grass area.

Sammamish Beach Club

Sammamish Beach Club Homeowner's Association

The Sammamish Beach Club Homeowner's Association has 105 homes and was incorporated in 1978.  The neighborhood has 3 parks, which include a beach park, tennis courts and view/ playground park. Residents also have easy access a nearby King County Park.

Sammamish Crown

Sammamish Crown is a complex of 53 condominiums located across the street from Sunset Elementary.

Sammamish View

Sammamish View Association

Sammamish View is a group of 15 homes nestled close to Lake Sammamish on a private road.

S.E. 42nd Street

2007 Rep: Deb Freng

S.E. 42nd Street runs along the shore of Lake Sammamish off the end of 188th Ave. S.E.  The street has 47 homes which are cooperating on future plans for the improvement of their shared road.

South Cove

South Cove has 289 homes with access to a shared 3 acre park, beach, tennis courts and playgrounds.  The association was incorporated in 1976.
