Welcome To Issaquah!
At last night's Issaquah City Council meeting, an ordinance was
unanimously approved formally annexing the Greenwood Point / South
Cove PAA to the city of Issaquah. The effective date of the
annexation is March 2, 2006. Welcome to the City of
Issaquah!!!
SLSA is thinking about organizing a community event in conjunction
with the City of Issaquah to celebrate this successful annexation.
Stay tuned for additional details.
Thank you to everyone who assisted in this effort and to all of the
voters who overwhelmingly approved this annexation campaign. It is
going to be great to be part of Issaquah.
